- A safe alternative to busy sections of Versailles Road and Highway 421 for school children attending Hearn at Copperleaf, Frankfort Christian Academy, and Good Shepherd Schools.

|
- Sidewalks and bike paths on the major east-west routes through Frankfort.

|
- Multi-use riverfront trail from downtown to Capital View Park, with links to KSU’s south campus and East Frankfort Park, creating an alternative to East Main Street and the East-West Connector.

- Upgrades to existing sidewalks and an abandoned railbed to allow safe pedestrian and bicycle passage through the neighborhoods near Schenkel Lane.

- Network of pedestrian and bicycle connections through the Indian Hills, Peaks Mill School and Lakeview Park neighborhoods.

- Connection between Juniper Hills Park and the Game Farm.

- Rail trail connecting Capital View Park to Woodford County horse country.
